This Old Miner hilltop project set at 6700′ was one of the most challenging builds we have done in a long time. Between the access and needs of the project, our designers had to work closely with the owner to create a plan that meet his goals. Once the plans were developed and permits were secured then the fun really began. The outdoor living space includes a metal staircase from the upper deck to the new lower patio, a built-in kitchen, a fire pit, a spa, and lots of patio space. We needed an area for his dogs so we created a custom dog run to keep them safe from the natural predators around. Walking paths throughout the yard to traverse all areas. Lighting to utilize the space day or night! Topping it off with some beautiful trees, shrubs, and perennial color! We are very proud of the team for pulling this one off.
