In Prescott, AZ, we helped this new build go from an empty slate with a frustrating roadside drainage issue to a property that feels finished, welcoming, and easy to enjoy. Our team solved the water problem with a drainage swale designed to look intentional, creating a natural dry creek bed aesthetic that blends into the landscape instead of feeling like a patch. Out front, we built an organic, flowing design with decorative gravel, trees, shrubs, and perennials for texture and seasonal color. In the backyard, we shifted to a cleaner, modern look to complement the existing pool, tying everything together with fresh sod, quartzite walkways, and a fire pit area that makes the space feel like a true hangout spot, day or night.
