Set on a Prescott hilltop at 6,700 feet, this outdoor living build was designed for a client who wanted a space that felt effortless to use, even on a challenging site. After collaborating closely through design, permitting, and planning around tight access, our team transformed the property into a true destination at home. The finished landscape features a custom metal staircase connecting the upper deck to a new lower patio, a built-in outdoor kitchen for hosting, a fire pit for cool Prescott evenings, a spa for year-round relaxation, and expanded patio areas to spread out and entertain. We also built a custom dog run to keep pets safe, added walking paths to access the full yard, and installed landscape lighting so the space works day or night. The project is finished with carefully selected trees, shrubs, and perennials that bring structure, privacy, and seasonal color.
